  • The safety and satisfaction of you and your clients is always the top priority. To address inclement weather scenarios affecting the studio, we adhere to the St Johns County School District closing schedule during the weekdays. Regarding weekends, in situations qualifying as inclement weather, which includes any road or bridge closures from St. Johns County Sheriff’s office, I will contact those with reservations to facilitate the rescheduling process. We appreciate your understanding as this decision is made with everyone's safety in mind.

However, we do not provide refunds for cancellations. The credited amount is redeemable for up to 90 days from the cancellation date.

Please note that we do not offer credits or refunds for reschedules or cancellations made less than 24 hours from the start of the rental period.
